Visitors
Parents and patrons of the District are welcome to visit District schools and attend District events as allowed by District policy. However, each visitor to a school campus must sign or check in at the campus main office, list the reason for the visit, and display his or her driver’s license or other government-issued form of photographic identification prior to proceeding elsewhere on campus. The District utilizes Raptor Technologies a computerized central database to determine whether a campus visitor is a registered sex offender. This requirement applies to parents, social service workers, volunteers, invited speakers, maintenance and repair persons not employed by the District, vendors, representatives of the news media, former students, and any other visitors.
